LCM is a vertically integrated company that manages Tax Credit projects and HUD Section 8 projects. Over the years, LCM has nurtured strong relationships with New York Housing Agencies: HCR, NYCHDC, and NYCHPD.

Reporting & Back Office

Our team also prepares detailed monthly reports for owners, investors, and housing agencies, providing transparency and insights into property performance. Tenant Relations

Constantly, LCM’s staff engages with residents to assist them with tech issues, certification questions, work order requests, rental assistance needs, and more. Our team aims to build relationships with our tenants to strengthen the community which supports our residents and improves property performance.

Compliance & Work Orders

LCM ensures buildings are operating at optimum levels. To do so, our field managers are involved daily in coordinating with supers and porters at the buildings and our floating management crew of contractors.

Each contractor has had experience in our buildings and a track record of careful and affordable maintenance services. It provides us with additional transparency with regards to supplies and knowledge that helps our field managers manage resources efficiently. They understand our desire for quick, clean and reasonably priced repairs.

Certifications & Recertifications

Initial move-in certifications are executed following all IRS Section 42 regulations for tax credit projects and the HUD Handbook manual guidelines. Annual re-certifications are completed in house by LCM’s staff.

LCM ensures their staff regularly attend Tax Credit workshops and compliance training sessions to stay at the forefront of regulation to ensure best practices.
